RESERVATIONS
All members and their guests attending a meeting need to have reservations to ensure adequate seating and meal preparation. We need to know the number of attendees and all members and guests names for name tags. Members, can REPLY directly to meeting announcement emails with this information. Please do that at least two days before the meeting.

Guests and Students
Guests at meetings are welcome. We try to link guests with members, and members are encouraged to bring guests. If you are not a member and would like to attend a meeting as a guest, please provide us information in the Comments section in form below and we will contact you about attending a meeting.
We also encourage high school and college students interested in foreign relations to attend as guests. We have members connected with the College of Idaho and Boise State University who regularly bring student guests. The BoiseCFR has a program to under-ride meal costs for student guests.
